Today we are going to introduce an assemble process of 2-layer ITO film+ITO glass structure analog 4-wire resistive touch screen for industrial control machine and it is popular.
First, laser cuts the top layer ITO film and glass-cutter cuts the bottom layer ITO glass by machines.
Second, split the big assemblies into many small ones by hand.
Third, smooth the 4 edges of the small assembly.
Fourth, carefully insert the FPC into the junction.
Fifth, heat-press the FPC and seal the entrance of the touch screen by machine.
Sixth, add some glue to the junction of the FPC.
Seventh, the resistive touch screens are put onto the conveyer belt and pass through the oven.
Eighth, quality check of every touchpoint of the touch panel and see if there is any problem.
Last step is silk-printing the product number onto the FPC.
